Returns

- You can return such items as fabrics, trimmings and craft paper only if you notice a defect on it and there were not any information about the defect in the description of the item. Otherwise, the returns will not be accepted as these items are cut individually according to your personal order. In case, of defected items, you should send them back to us in 14 days after receiving the parcel and we'll issue a full refund in 14 days after receiving the items you have shipped.

- Some items (such as fabric panels, reflective thread, buttons) can be returned if you don't like the colour, shape, size, etc. You should send them back to us in 14 days after receiving the parcel and we'll issue a partial refund (excluding the shipping fees) in 14 days after receiving the items you have shipped.

- The items should be returned in perfect condition. We'll not issue the refund if the items are washed, cut or affected in another way.
